To use, simply wash your hands, shake the bottle well, remove the cap, and attach your bottle nipple.
Ingredients: Water, nonfat milk, lactose, vegetable oil (palm olein, soy, coconut, and high oleic sunflower oils), and less than 2% of: 2' -Fucosyllactose, whey protein concentrate, galactooligosaccharides, polydextrose, Mortierella alpina oil, Schizochytrium sp. oil, various vitamins and minerals.
Allergens & Warnings: Avoid adding water and exposure to excessive heat. Do not freeze. Do not use if the protective seal around the cap or the foil under the cap is damaged or missing. Avoid microwaving due to the risk of serious burns. Once opened, feed immediately or replace the cap and refrigerate at 35-40°F (2-4°C) for up to 48 hours. Discard if left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours. After feeding begins, use within one hour or discard remaining portion.
