Enfamil NeuroPro EnfaCare Infant Formula with Iron is specifically formulated to provide enriched nutrition for infants who were born prematurely or with low birth weight. Intended for use during the first 12 months of life for infants weighing approximately 1,800 grams, this unique formula offers a 80:20 whey to casein ratio patterned after early breast milk. It also includes a 20% fat blend derived from medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) oil, MFGM (Milk Fat Globule Membrane), nucleotides, and expert-recommended amounts of DHA and ARA to support brain and eye development. Additionally, premature babies fed Enfamil formula during the first year have demonstrated catch-up growth similar to that of full-term, breastfed infants.
